My primary interest is programming, mostly using either
Borland Delphi, DotNet Eclipse or Keil C51 at the moment and Toolbook's OpenScript
in the past. Besides that I'm interested in a small number of games
including MUD'S.
Here are some projects I did in the past and am working on
at the moment.
As this page is about interests, I also added some hobby's
at the bottom,.
- Underwater Sports - Diving and Underwater Hockey.
- De Walrussen, a diving
school that is affiliated with the CMAS/NELOS.
- Clas-Maastricht, a
diving school that is affiliated with the CMAS/LIFRAS.

- Websites - Website design and maintenance.
- Toolbook - Once I programmed a lot in Asymetrix's Toolbook
and created some nice libraries like OpenSock, a native wrapper for
Winsock that allows Toolbook to emulate Winsock clients but also
servers. Because of the power of Toolbook it's also easy to create
applications like web servers serving dynamically created WebPages or
VRML models. See the following links:
- OpenSock (a wrapper for
Winsock),
- LZExpand (interface for
lzexpand.dll),
- TBCapture (VFW capturing of
stills),
- TConsole (a console
window),
- TBDao (tryout to get DAO
working),
- TBSql (tryout to get ODBC
working),
- Power (power management),
- Traybook (tray icon for a
book).

- Delphi - Here will be links to some of my
latest Delphi projects and 3rd party components I use.
- Kobra/Zmud - Furthermore I played a lot on Kobra-mud.
This mud is based on Star Wars and is, due to it's size, attention for
detail, humor and other players, great fun to play. I've also
collected some useful Zmud triggers for Kobra mud. See the following
links:
- DGD - DGD is a
Modern Mud Server for which I wrote a couple of extensions. They
are outdated a bit but given time and the availability of a fully
patched release of DGD I will update them again.
- C - Embedded C for 8051 based processors.
- PocketPC - PocketPC Programming.
- Scripting - JScript scripting.
- A two line JScript add-on (saveasmht_en.zip)
for Internet Explorer so one can save to MHT format easily. Simply
put it in the "\program files\internet explorer\plugins" directory
and run both VBS scripts to register the add-ons. A new toolbar
button will be available and a new "Save page as MHT" menu item will
be added to both the context menu and the tools menu. Note that this
solution inherits the limitations that Internet Explorer imposes on
saving pages in MHT format.
- A Dutch version is also available here (saveasmht_nl.zip).
Translation is quite simple. Looking at the two JScript files there
is a line like:
shell.SendKeys("%FA%T{F4}{RIGHT}~%N");in it. The '%F'
or ALT-F is the accelerator key for the File menu. The next
letter 'A' is the accelerator of the SaveAs menu. These are
the only two things to translate. To complete the description of the
keys, the '%T' will send a Tab so focus is set to the Save As Type
field. The 'F4' drops down the combobox with file format choices and
the RIGHT will choose the 2nd one (*.mht). The %N will send a ENTER
key selecting the selected value from the combobox.
