Landmark book reveals lost Pink Floyd history

30 November will see the publication of a major new book on Pink Floyd. The book "Pink Floyd: In the Flesh, the complete performance history" (ISBN 0-747-53293-1) is authored by Glenn Povey and Ian Russell.

At 256 pages, the book will retail for £20.00 UK. It will initially be available only in the UK and Europe. Arranged chronologically and divided into ten chapters, the book chronicles every live Pink Floyd performance as well as solo performances. It includes a great deal of information which has been unknown to Floyd historians until now, and many previously unpublished phorographs.

Glenn Povey is founding editor of the leading Pink Floyd magazine "Brain Damage", while Ian Russel is one of the UK's leading collectors of Pink Floyd material and a regular contributor to "Brain Damage."
