Pink Floyd tour rumors continue

Los Angeles-based radio station KLOS (http://www.955klos.com) reported in its 27 January Rock Report that "rumor has it that David Gilmour is working
on assembling the players for a Pink Floyd tour." No source or supporting evidence for this rumor was cited.

In contrast, David Gilmour has stated in the latest interviews that Pink Floyd remains currently inactive. He says that he regularly records loose musical ideas, and that the ideas will probably eventually become an album.
He hasn't decided whether it will be a Pink Floyd album or a David Gilmour solo album, nor when work on it will begin.

The credible nature of the band's denials, and the lack of any credible supporting evidence to the contrary, suggests that rumors of Pink Floyd recording or touring must continue to be taken with a healthy dose of salt.
