About the editor.

The webmaster of this site is Otto ter Haar. I work as a network administrator and Microsoft-trainer. I am an active member of the political party De Groenen.

Reliability of the contents.

I stopped some years ago updating these pages so most information is outdated. All pages note the date of last change. You should regard the contents as indicative for the situation around that date. Within that context the accuracy is moderate, but you can expect some inaccuracies.

Copyright.

I regularly copy information I found at the Web or elsewhere in my pages. In principle I ask for permission. In the following cases I do not:

  1. small amounts of data;
  2. laws and jurisprudence;
  3. news articles posted in Usenet or in a mailinglist;
  4. it is not clear to me who is the owner;
  5. the owner is not a private person and I suppose it has no objection.

You are free to use the information I provide without prior permission. Who wants to copy so much that my way of organising the information is reflected should consult me first.
